Ryan Blaney dominates Atlanta Cup race, wins in wild late-night finish

HAMPTON, Ga. — Ryan Blaney led 171 of 263 laps at Atlanta Motor Speedway and made a decisive final-lap pass to win a Cup Series race that stretched into early Monday morning after a three-hour rain delay.
The Team Penske driver crossed the finish line just before 1:45 a.m. ET, earning his second victory of the season. The win came after Blaney survived contact with the wall late in the race and used pushes from Bubba Wallace and Christopher Bell to get around leader Carson Hocevar on the outside lane on the final lap.
