An Iowa-connected farm family has been named the top Legacy Farm Family by Illinois Agri-Women, highlighting the enduring role of women in agriculture across generations.
The Schultz/Miller Farm Family, which operates across northwest Illinois, southern Wisconsin, and central Iowa, took first place in the Generations of Women in Agriculture Across America initiative, known as GoAg3. The program launched in fall 2025 to celebrate women who have supported and encouraged family members to take on evolving roles in agriculture.
