A new national poll shows swing voters hold Democrats in lower regard than Republicans but still plan to support Democratic candidates in the 2026 midterm elections. The poll surveyed 5,809 respondents, including 447 self-identified swing voters, from May 15 to June 21. Only 29 percent of swing voters view Democrats favorably, compared to 32 percent who view Republicans favorably.
